Standard delivery
With Standard Delivery, you will receive your package within three to five working days between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.
Standard delivery is available for any item shipped by Créléo.fr. Packages are delivered to relay points closest to your home.
Shipping via Mondial Relais or Pickup Relais.
Priority delivery
With priority delivery, you will receive your package within three working days. Delivery is made between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m., Monday to Saturday, and between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. on Sunday in eligible areas at home.
Shipping via Chronopost.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
